Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality Assurance environment.
• Experience in ISO9000 or other quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant-level leadership for quality assurance and quality performance across the organization.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, standards, controls, and programs to support product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Production, Development, Purchasing, customers, suppliers, and the Management Team to maintain product supply and strengthen quality performance.
• Lead the Quality Assurance function, guide technical staff, develop team capabilities, and use data to drive improvements.
• Interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and support new product introduction.
• Manage quality inspection and product release programs for materials, processes and finished goods; ensure tests are understood and properly carried out.
• Work with Purchasing to establish quality requirements for external suppliers and liaise with customer auditors.
