Job summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Quality Manager for the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy program. The role focuses on developing and maintaining quality programs across clinical, collection, and laboratory settings, ensuring FACT and FDA compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead audits, training, documentation, and regulatory submissions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of patient care and program readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Plan in clinical and labs settings.
• Prepare quarterly quality reports and present updates to staff.
• Oversee data submission to CIBMTR.
• Monitor patient safety and experience metrics and drive quality improvement.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed and document changes.
• Deliver training to SCTCT staff and develop patient education materials.
