Crane Currency in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, NPI, and Customer Care to ensure robust quality processes, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This leadership role emphasizes lean methodologies, risk reduction, and a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive quality experience with business impact.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable quality standards.
• Strong experience developing, deploying, and sustaining quality systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance function for Alpharetta facility and drive excellence in quality systems and processes.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, NPI, and Customer Care to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain lean methodologies and quality standards to strengthen process compliance.
• Oversee QA laboratory and provide leadership to QA Technicians.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer across shifts and teams.
• Collaborate across functions to improve quality across the product lifecycle.
