Crane Currency in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our Alpharetta facility. You will drive excellence in quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, NPI, and Customer Care to ensure compliance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Business, 5+ years of progressive quality experience, and 3+ years in leadership within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive quality experience with demonstrated business impact.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable quality standards.
Strong experience developing, deploying, and sustaining quality systems.
Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations and leadership teams to implement and improve process controls through metrics, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead quality-related initiatives focused on process controls, problem solving, and variation reduction.
Oversee the Quality Assurance laboratory and provide leadership to QA Technicians.
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and communication across shifts and teams.
Develop, integrate, and sustain lean methodologies and quality standards to strengthen process compliance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with New Product Introduction, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams to improve quality performance across the product lifecycle.
Serve as the Management Representative responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO and other certification requirements.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing quality team while promoting continuous improvement, employee development, and workplace safety.
