Bose Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality at the McIntosh manufacturing site, ensuring luxury brand standards across performance, reliability, workmanship, and aesthetics.

This leader will own the Quality Management System and drive improvements across incoming materials, electronics, assembly, and final test, partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Lean manufacturing, and structured problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence manufacturing and engineering organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the site's Quality organization and plant leadership.
• Set and execute quality strategy aligned with objectives.
• Build a culture of quality, accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor Quality team members and build organizational capability.
• Establish process controls, inspection strategies, test requirements, and audits.
• Ensure finished products meet McIntosh standards for performance and cosmetic appearance.
• Contain, disposition, and prevent nonconforming product from reaching customers.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain the site's Quality Management System and audits.
