Bose Corporation, a leader in audio experiences, seeks a Plant Manager/Site Leader to oversee the entire site production process, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will guide the team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while fostering lean practices and a culture aligned with Bose values.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with supply chain and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred for higher leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Oversee materials management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive throughput improvements while maintaining targets.
• Lead quality management and ensure ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance.
• Promote a quality-first culture across the site.
• Serve as the senior-on-site leader aligning objectives with corporate goals.
• Mentor a strong leadership team across departments.
