Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with plant/site management
• Strong background in quality management systems, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team management and people development
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and global supply chain operations

Aufgaben

• Lead daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Oversee materials management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive throughput improvements while maintaining targets.
• Ensure the highest product quality standards and compliance with ISO/IATF or other standards.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the on-site leadership team.
