Job summary

Premier Staffing Solution, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Life Science Division to lead daily quality operations in the Raw Material Warehouse and Sampling Suite. You will oversee a team of Quality Associates, ensure GMP compliance, supervise sampling, testing, and material disposition, and act as a liaison with Quality, Warehouse, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Quality experience in GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations (FDA, EU, ICH).
• At least 3 years of quality experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience, including team leadership and staffing.
• Direct experience with pharmaceutical raw material sampling, incoming material inspection, and quality control.
• Working knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements, deviations, CAPA, investigations, change control, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Associates in the Raw Material Sample Suite.
• GMP Compliance & Oversight: Ensure all sampling, inspection, and testing activities comply with GMP, FDA, and client requirements.
• Quality Systems Management: Manage deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, and training.
• Material Quality Control: Oversee quality checks for incoming raw materials and sampling processes.
• Audit Readiness & Client Support: Serve as primary quality contact for audits and inspections.
• Safety & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure activities comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
