Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the Raw Material Warehouse and Sampling Suite, ensuring cGMP compliance and documentation integrity. You will guide a team of Quality Associates, interface with global pharma clients, and maintain audit readiness on the floor.

Responsibilities include scheduling, overseeing cleanroom activities, material checks, and environmental monitoring while driving CAPA and deviations, with a focus on data integrity and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality in a cGMP environment (Pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience with staffing, scheduling, and attendance.
• Deep understanding of cGMP, GDP, and GDocs as applied to raw materials and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong computer skills and ability to analyze quality data and risk.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage daily compliance, environment, and personnel in the raw materials sampling suite.
• Balance hands-on material validation with quality systems governance and documentation.
