Job summary

Langham Logistics seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the Raw Material Warehouse and Sampling Suite, ensuring strict cGMP compliance and rigorous documentation. This on-site leadership role balances hands-on validation with quality systems governance.

You will manage floor staffing, oversee environmental monitoring, instrument-based inspections, CAPA and deviations, and serve as the primary contact for client and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality experience in a cGMP-regulated environment (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required with ability to coach and manage headcount and schedules.
• Deep understanding of cGMP, GDP, and GDocs as they apply to raw materials handling and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Office and ability to review complex quality data and implement compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily floor manpower and allocate tasks based on priorities.
• Govern the cGMP Sampling Environment with strict cleanroom oversight and contamination control.
• Execute material quality control by inspecting incoming raw material lots and using analytical tools to verify specs.
• Drive quality systems including deviations, CAPA, and change controls; cross-train staff for data retention and integrity.
• Host external and regulatory audits as primary quality contact and ensure audit defensibility.
