Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related or relevant field preferred, or 5-7 years' experience.
• 5+ years of progressive Quality Management experience in a manufacturing-related environment.
• Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong knowledge of ERP tools/principles.
• Ability to partner with internal and external customers.

Aufgaben

• Manage and supervise the Quality department and quality programs, including performance management and hiring within the department.
• Improve quality of outgoing products.
• Communicate customer requirements and promote quality throughout the organization.
• Maintain quality of raw materials and products; work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality.
