Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent; 2–4 years manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with production planning and workflow optimization.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean/TPM experience.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, MES and budgeting/scheduling.
• Root-cause analysis and process improvement experience.
• OSHA safety awareness and regulatory knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.
• Plan production workloads and allocate resources across departments.
• Monitor KPI reporting and daily production status.
• Implement continuous improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
