Job summary

Sika Marion Operations in Marion, OH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and control of quality initiatives across all product divisions. The role will drive ISO9001 and IATF16949 compliance and champion proactive quality management with site management support.

The position reports to the Director of Quality, with responsibilities to build a strong quality culture, manage the Marion Quality Department, and deliver regular executive reports on KPIs and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field.
5+ years experience as a Quality Manager in manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation and control of quality initiatives including ISO9001 & IATF16949.
Manage Marion Quality Department and coordinate QA/QMS activities with site leadership.
Establish QA policies, audits, KPI reporting and continuous improvement programs.
Provide technical assistance and training on quality control procedures and systems.
