Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a Quality Manager for the Marion plant in Mentor, Ohio. You will develop and oversee quality initiatives across product divisions, aligning with ISO 9001 and IATF16949 while driving a proactive quality culture.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will coach teams, manage audits, and lead the quality department to meet budgets and objectives. Experience in manufacturing and automotive quality systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related majors; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years experience as a Quality Manager in industrial/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and control quality initiatives including ISO9001 & IATF16949.
• Lead the Marion Quality Department and coordinate all QA/QMS activities.
• Monitor and report quality performance and KPIs; manage audits and documentation.
• Support new product/raw-material launches and process optimization.
