Goshen Engineering, based in Mount Olive, NC, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001-based quality program.

You will supervise quality technicians, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and act as the main liaison for customer quality concerns and warranty matters. The role blends leadership with hands-on problem-solving in a high-mix, engineer-to-order environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years in quality/manufacturing/engineering with leadership roles.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 or similar rigorous QMS.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and continually improve the company’s ISO 9001-based quality system.
• Lead quality assurance and control activities for custom switchboards and automation solutions.
• Supervise quality technicians and field service personnel; partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, warranty matters, and audits.
• Plan internal audits and support supplier/customer/third-party assessments.
• Drive containment, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness for quality issues.
