Job summary

Goshen Engineering is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect incoming materials, in-process work, assemblies, and finished products to verify conformance with drawings and Goshen quality requirements. You will document results, communicate quality issues, support corrective actions, and assist with quality processes.

Regular on-site work and collaboration with production and engineering teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specs.
• Experience with quality documentation and inspection records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of incoming materials, in-process equipment, assemblies, and finished work.
• Conduct electrical testing on integrated systems using approved procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine quality requirements.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify nonconforming materials and assist with corrective actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to investigate defects.
• Verify corrective actions and rework as needed.
• Support maintenance of quality procedures and checklists.
• Participate in quality meetings and audits.
• Maintain safe and organized work environment.
