Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive experience performing professional level quality management duties; preferably in automotive or logistics industry.
• Knowledge of principles and procedures used in logistics operations and practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite quality functions for a warehouse operation.
• Develop and implement quality processes, procedures, audits, and controls.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Inventory, Safety, HR, and Customer teams to drive quality performance.
• Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, operational standards, and company policies.
• Develop reporting and analytics to track KPIs and operational trends.
• Coach and develop team members on quality expectations and best practices.
• Support startup activities, process implementation, and operational stabilization.
