Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions partners with a metal components manufacturer in Indianapolis seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality team and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee QA processes, develop QC systems, conduct audits, provide feedback to product development to prevent quality costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree with 5–10 years' experience; ASQ certificate and Lean Six Sigma preferred; visa not required.

Qualifications

• ASQ Quality Certificate preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
