Job summary

CRH, via Oldcastle, is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QC across our concrete plants in Tracy and Stockton, CA. You will oversee process inspections, final product checks, and partner with management to drive process improvements within budget and on schedule.

You will develop and maintain formulas that ensure quality products at optimal cost, lead QA programs, train plant personnel, and coordinate testing for finished goods and raw materials.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ASTM and CSA specifications related to concrete products and raw materials.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.
• Travel requirements up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formula and mix design accuracy at all plants and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain quality formulas for cost-efficient production.
• Establish and monitor quality control standards and QA programs.
• Monitor QA testing and report findings to leadership.
