Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in supervising or leading employees
• Extensive experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work with production and management teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee employees within the quality department.
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure quality standards are consistently followed.
• Perform quality inspections and assist with identifying defects or inconsistencies.
• Ensure products meet established specifications and quality requirements.
• Train, coach, and provide direction to quality team members.
• Identify quality problems and assist with determining root causes.
• Document quality issues, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Work closely with production and management to resolve quality concerns.
• Help develop and maintain quality control procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections as needed.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
