Veritas in Michigan is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality inspectors, drive 8D corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes while ensuring compliance with AIAG Core Tools and IATF16949:2016.

The role will manage union quality staffing, investigate customer concerns, and maintain thorough documentation. Travel required is <15%, with international travel possibly needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1+ years relevant experience, or 2+ years equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with AIAG Core Tools and 8D problem solving is required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct quality inspectors and oversee product/dock audits.
• Investigate customer concerns and lead corrective/preventive actions (8D).
• Schedule union quality staffing and manage floor quality issues.
