Job summary

ARC Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee inspection services supporting manufacturing and engineering requests. This role ensures accurate incoming component inspection, coordinates disposition of rejected materials, and supervises quality technicians and inspectors.

Familiarity with IATF16949 and A2LA is required. You will define quality procedures with operations, develop controls and documentation, and coordinate audits with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years supervisory/quality experience.
• Experience with optical inspection equipment and metrology tools.
• Regulatory standards knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote quality achievement and performance improvements across the organization.
• Oversee inspection for incoming components and coordinate disposition of rejects.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation.
• Manage audits and ensure compliance with IATF16949 and A2LA.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality requirements.
• Lead and train quality technicians and inspectors.
• Monitor data and produce statistical reports.
