Job summary

Nemak in Augusta, GA is seeking a Quality Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day quality activities in a manufacturing setting. You will lead inspection, testing, auditing, and drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.

The role includes developing QC procedures, training staff, coordinating audits, and presenting quality reports to management. A safety-focused mindset and ability to collaborate with Production and Supply Chain are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality operations, including inspection, testing, and auditing processes.
