Bass Pro Shops seeks a Lead Inspector to monitor production and ensure quality standards are met. Responsibilities include final inspection, rejecting non-conforming items, and reporting defects daily. You will work closely with teams to improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage paperwork and lead quality control efforts across shifts.

• Lead and communicate with quality control inspectors.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Lead Inspector position monitors operations to ensure they meet the standards of production and recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process. Other duties include accepting or rejecting finished items, removing items that fail to meet inspections, and ensuring quality control inspectors are doing their job.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
