Integrated Proteins is seeking a Lab Quality Technician to work on-site in Saint Joseph, MO. Starting pay is $22 per hour with hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of laboratory experience, plus proficiency in Office 365 and strong attention to detail. You will perform standardized product tests, document results, manage retain samples, and communicate safety or quality concerns to management.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Reliable, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Perform standardized tests on the product.
• Notify production and management immediately when product is out of specification.
• Assist in managing retain program.
• Create retain samples for all inbound and outbound loads (for 6-month storage).
• Complete paperwork with good documentation practices.
• Monitor shared lab email inbox and respond promptly.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipment.
• Notify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running low.
• Provide information to production staff and management when requested.
• Communicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate quality.
• Keep lab neat and clean.
• Other duties as assigned.

Quality Technician

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Position Overview

• Lab Quality Technician
• Starting Pay $22/hour
• Hours 6 am - 2:30 pm

What You'll Do

• Perform standardized tests on the product
• Notify production and management immediately when product is out of specification
• Assist in managing retain program

• Monitor shared lab email inbox and make sure all emails are responded to in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on lab equipment
• Notify Lead and Quality Manager when supplies are running low

• Communicate any safety or quality concerns with plant management and corporate quality
• Keep lab neat and clean
• Other duties as assigned
• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1+ year laboratory experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, walk, reach, squat, push, pull, and climb stairs for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work from elevated surfaces and/or in confined spaces for extended periods of time
