Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to assist with all aspects of the quality systems, including in-process inspections, testing and release of raw materials and finished products.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO regulations, logging complaints, coordinating tests with labs, maintaining records and supporting documentation, and performing internal audits as part of a growing global team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Basic math skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Log and close complaints appropriately.
• Coordinate stock checks and rework of product as required in response to complaints.
• Coordinate test samples and results with internal and external laboratories.
• Log test results and retain samples in spreadsheets.
• Issue required documentation for production, such as production records.
• Review raw materials documentation to ensure standards are met.
• Assist quality staff with stock checks, deviations, and SOP updates.
• Perform internal and line audits to ensure FDA/ISO compliance.
• Review all related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Hold finished product and release when appropriate.
• Test and inspect vendor samples, finished goods, and raw materials.
