Job summary

Midsouth Aggregates, a CRH Company, is seeking an onsite Sampling Technician to ensure product quality through sampling and testing, working with plant staff and inspectors to obtain samples, and validating mix designs.

The role requires reading production print-outs, strict adherence to PPE and safety standards, and occasional night/weekend shifts with potential overtime. A HS diploma is preferred and state certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to obtain state certifications as required.
• Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Night and weekend work required; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sample products to ensure compliance with required tests.
• Coordinate scheduling with management, plant personnel, and inspectors to obtain samples and mix designs.
• Support quality control by ensuring production schedules/estimates are met and documentation is prepared and submitted.
