Job summary

US Aggregates, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technician for the New Point Stone division in Indiana. The role involves gathering quality samples from large stockpiles, performing INDOT quality testing, and maintaining all required paperwork and files.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, INDOT certification preferred, experience with INDOT and CAPP, MSHA training preferred, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent.
• Current INDOT Certification preferred.
• Experience with INDOT and CAPP preferred.
• MSHA Trained preferred.
• Experience with aggregate lab testing preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Positive attitude and ability to be a team player.
• Available to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather quality samples from large aggregate stockpiles.
• Perform all INDOT required and aggregate quality testing while maintaining paperwork and files.
• Must be current on all INDOT certifications.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in laboratory, stairs, and catwalks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Continuously grow in alignment with the Company's values, competencies, and skills.
