Job summary

Magnera in Benson, NC is seeking a Quality Lab Technician to perform in-process and finished product testing, ensuring products meet quality specifications. You will work closely with Quality and Operations teams to support safety, quality, and compliance.

This role requires a High School diploma and manufacturing experience, with shift rotations on a 12-hour night schedule in a 24/7 facility; overtime and holidays may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed to cover vacations, sick leave, or business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and finished product testing.
• Coordinate with QA Lead, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, and others to resolve issues.
• Enter data into Quality Windows, analyze results, and report trends.
• Participate in safety, product, and compliance audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
