Qualifications

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing on materials and products.
• Record testing data accurately and maintain calibration of equipment.
• Adhere to GMP/GLP and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products according to SOPs.
• Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it meets quality control standards.
• Document testing results in log books and software; support GMP/GLP/HACCP compliance.
• Assist with root cause analysis for non-conformances and participate in CAPA processes.
• Support audits and ensure documentation and testing results are up to date.
