Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Quality Control Technician I to perform microbiological and chemical tests on materials and products, ensuring food safety and quality. You will record data and collaborate with production to resolve issues.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and effective communication with teams. On-the-job training provided in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree in Science, Food Science or Chemistry preferred.
• On the job training provided; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Monitor quality parameters to align with production standards and regulatory requirements.
• Record and communicate testing data, identify trends and discrepancies.
• Collect samples and prepare them according to protocols.
• Maintain calibration and GMP/GLP/SOP documentation and compliance.
