Oterra is seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Technician I to monitor production and ensure products meet customer specs and quality standards. The role performs lab tests on raw materials, in-process and finished products, and supports production with timely results and adjustments.

This second-shift position requires flexibility, occasional weekend work, and the ability to work with GMP/GLP guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation and calibration of instruments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or relevant laboratory experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Working knowledge of GMP and ISO compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and lab documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to meet specs.
• Communicate test results and production adjustments to relevant staff.
• Analyze finished products using required methods for release.
• Calibrate laboratory instruments and maintain equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain GMP/GLP-compliant records and documentation.
• Operate DocBox and SAP for lab results entry and releases.
• Support continuous improvement of testing methods and processes.
