Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in a quality environment.
• Basic math skills and data entry ability.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work instructions.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Prepare samples and conduct routine laboratory analyses
• Document and communicate test results accurately
• Identify and report quality concerns or out-of-spec results
• Support production and product development with testing data
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment
• Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Monitor inventory and restock lab supplies
• Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
