Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products (fat, moisture, salt, and pH).
• Accurately record, interpret, and verify test results against specifications.
• Enter test results and sample data into OSI’s system and maintain records for traceability.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and training as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with QA, Production, and Operations teams to meet quality objectives.
