Strong communication with management and adherence to safety procedures are essential. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, perform physically demanding tasks, and work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and USDA.
• Must have minimal computer skills or be willing to learn company software to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to verify product meets internal and customer specs and take corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Conduct product reviews to ensure grading, packaging, and weight compliance.
• Monitor processing areas to prevent contamination and ensure safe practices.
• Record data accurately and maintain neat, legible records.
• Communicate findings to supervision and follow safety procedures.
