Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a QA Laboratory Technician to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods. You will document results, support audits, and help ensure product quality and food safety throughout the plant.

Ideal candidates have a quality-focused mindset, strong data accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. This full-time role is based on-site in Murray, KY.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred or equivalent work history.
• GMP/GLP familiarity and quality documentation experience are desired.
• Proficient with MS Office and data handling in quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical testing of raw ingredients, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Enter results into quality databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
• Record information in logs and forms; review records for discrepancies.
• Advise supervisors on non-conforming product disposition and compliance.
