Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is a fast-paced beverages company committed to quality. The Laboratory Technician will perform routine lab and packaging analysis on raw materials, in-process and finished product samples to ensure quality specs are met.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration across Brewing and Packaging teams. The technician will operate instruments such as Alcolyzer, HPLC, GC, pH meters, and titrations, maintaining safe practices and Good Documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Associate's degree; 1+ year of lab/beverage experience preferred.
• Experience in beverage manufacturing is beneficial.
• Must be 21+ and able to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab analysis and provide timely data to departments.
• Evaluate finished goods quality and audit processes to ensure specs.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and follow SOPs.
