Job summary

Cornerstone Hospitality is seeking a on-site Laboratory Technician to support scientists by batching formulas, performing analytical testing, and preparing product samples that meet customer specifications.

You will modify formulas, conduct sensory and stability testing, and follow ISO procedures while using data systems for shipments and reporting. This role requires attention to detail, team collaboration, and the ability to work independently in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 1–3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and email.
• Familiar with lab instruments such as pH meters, Brix, and spectrophotometers.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing and interpret results.
• Modify formulas using Wildware.
• Conduct sensory tests and stability testing.
• Follow ISO procedures.
• Use AS400 and LEAD systems for data and shipments.
• Generate demo sheet data and assist in flavor screening.
