Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a QA Technician to uphold quality in a fast-paced beverage production environment in San Antonio, TX. You will monitor microbiology, perform tests, and ensure test results meet GMP standards while maintaining clean lab conditions.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in quality within manufacturing, laboratory experience, and familiarity with GMP/HACCP/SQF standards. This role involves shift flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably food/beverage.
• Laboratory experience required.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF; certification ideal.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in production areas.
• Monitor microbiology program and in-process quality.
• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and cleanliness.
• Test products on hold and determine disposition.
• Prepare and send product samples and QA documentation.
• Train staff and conduct verification inspections as needed.
