Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Chemistry or related science degree preferred or minimum 2 years analytical experience.
• Strong math and computer skills with written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read chromatograms and understand LTS requirements for analysis.
• Problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Strong teamwork and commitment to safety and quality.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, with PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily assignments in line with procedures and safety policies.
• Perform safety equipment inspections and minor maintenance.
• Test and certify incoming raw materials for production.
• Analyze products for purity and mixture specifications.
• Maintain equipment and keep areas clean and organized.
• Document records following good documentation practices.
• Interface with data systems to complete work and data entry.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Participate in emergency response if required.
• Update work instructions and procedures.
