Job summary

US Aggregates is hiring a Quality Control Technician to inspect, sample, and conduct laboratory testing on construction aggregates. You will verify results, maintain records, and support field and jobsite troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Responsibilities include gathering quality samples, performing INDOT tests, and maintaining paperwork. Evening and weekend availability may be required; strong team spirit and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Active INDOT certification preferred.
• Experience with INDOT and CAPP preferred.
• MSHA training preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sample materials for quality control.
• Perform INDOT tests and maintain required paperwork and files.
• Maintain laboratory, stairs, and catwalks in proper order and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot issues at field and jobsite locations and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify test results with outside testing agencies and maintain records.
• Perform other duties as assigned and align with company values.
