Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• Current INDOT Certification preferred.
• Experience with INDOT and CAPP preferred.
• MSHA Trained preferred.
• Experience with aggregate lab testing preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Positive attitude and ability to be a team player.
• Available to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather quality samples from large aggregate stockpiles.
• Perform all INDOT required testing and maintain required paperwork and computer files.
• Must be current on all INDOT certifications.
• Maintain proper order and cleanliness in the laboratory, stairs, and catwalks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Continuously grow in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.
