Covestro is seeking a Quality Laboratory Technician to perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing safely and efficiently, generating data to support development and quality control. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts, data analysis, and collaboration with the production unit to improve processes.
Candidates should have an AA/AS in science with 64 science hours or a high school diploma with equivalent science coursework, chemistry labs, and math. TWIC eligibility is required.

The Quality Laboratory Technician performs routine and non-routine laboratory testing correctly and safely. They report the data accurately and in an efficient time frame. They also generate and evaluate samples in the laboratory according to instructions to support development, product quality control and process research & development programs under the supervision of the lab leader.
This role works a 12-hour rotating schedule.
