Job summary

Actalent in Rosemount, MN is seeking an Analytical/Quality Lab Specialist. The role starts on first shift for training and transitions to third shift (11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.).

The incumbent will perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position involves reviewing COAs and batch records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting QA/QC with GMP and SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 6 months experience titration and pH testing in lab.
• Proficient in Excel and QA documentation.
• Familiarity with GMP/SQF quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products per SOPs.
• Test with titration, pH, wet chemistry, and trace analysis
• Review COAs and batch records for compliance and release decisions.
• Record results in Excel and generate CofAs for finished products.
• Collaborate with production to support timely product release.
