Job summary

Enviva is seeking a Quality Supervisor to drive the efficiency and reliability of quality across the plant, ensuring customer specifications are met. You will monitor laboratory activities, oversee testing of samples, and manage QA/QC documentation to support regional and corporate objectives.

The role requires leadership of hourly staff, deployment of standard processes, and proactive problem solving in a high-temperature industrial setting.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience in Quality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional and accountable, with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lab management including supervising operators and testing finished goods.
• Develop and maintain quality control tools and procedures.
• Oversee daily sampling and testing, track metrics against specs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coach and audit hourly staff on procedures.
