Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Product Quality Coordinator in New Jersey to manage routine sample submissions to QC laboratories and provide updates to Management on testing status. The role supports MRB reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with ISO 17025, GLP, and Nestlé QMS.

Responsibilities include managing documentation, certificates of analysis, supplier QA/QC reviews, and supporting external audits.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least three years of relevant quality experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Proficient basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GDPs, and cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Provides status updates to other departments regarding sample submissions and data entry.
• Processes incoming sample submissions (raw material, bulk, contract bulk, special samples).
• Performs electronic system transactions to release material.
• Supports facility during annual audits and creates quality reports.
• Reviews COAs and QA/QC documents; drafts COAs for review.
