Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a quality control coordinator to ensure product specifications are met and to perform root-cause analysis on complaints. You will collaborate with the Plant Quality Manager on compliance initiatives and investigate remediation actions.

Responsibilities include supporting shift setup, audits, and inventory management while maintaining safety procedures and confidential data handling.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemistry or higher.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing, quality control/assurance lab, or R&D.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality control processes to meet specifications.
• Perform routine complaint analysis using ARC process.
• Support PQM with compliance and quality initiatives.
• Review problem batches and perform audits.
