Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Experience with SAP software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with quality service.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the department and functions.
• Manage quality processes and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Follow daily workload and production schedule as set by QC Supervisor.
• Maintain calibration and operation of equipment and instruments.
• Test products for conformance and support new materials and recertifications.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with other departments.
