The ideal candidate will have audit experience, analyze findings and drive corrective actions, RCCA, 8D and DMAIC activities, while applying lean principles to reduce waste and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related auditing experience required.
• Knowledge of AS9100 Rev. D and ISO 9001:2015 standards preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal laboratory audits to verify compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 and contractual requirements.
• Maintain and support the internal laboratory audit program including planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
• Analyze audit findings and quality trends to assess corrective actions and improve laboratory controls.
• Lead investigation of corrective and preventive actions (RCCA, 8D, DMAIC) and track effectiveness.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and strengthen process effectiveness in laboratory operations.
