Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a QMS Internal Auditor / Senior Specialist, Quality to lead audits and strengthen our AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance across the site. The role focuses on planning audits, tracking corrective actions, coordinating the CAB process, and driving root-cause analysis to ensure effective quality management and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years, and ASQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 6+ years of relevant experience OR Graduate Degree + 4+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• ASQ Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 standards; audit principles and practices; LPAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform BMS audits based on AS9100, ISO9001, customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor and track corrective action plans for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions are effective.
• Lead CAB processes: review, assign, track, and close corrective actions.
• Facilitate CAB meetings with agendas, status updates, and escalation as needed.
• Ensure CAR submissions are complete and properly defined.
